Troy has been a resident of Sonoma County since 1984. He provides representation for clients before the IRS. Troy heads the Payroll staff. In his leisure time, he enjoys worldwide competition in endurance events. He is excited to have welcomed his first grandchild in 2021.

Paula has lived in and served the community of Windsor for over thirty years. Formerly a Controller and Human Resource director, she became licensed to do taxes in 2005. She prepares every type of return and leads the office bookkeeping staff.

An avid traveler, she has visited over 40 countries, 12 territories and 26 states.
